Return and refund policy

At Apolo Mattress, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • The mattress must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • The product should be free from stains, tears, or odors
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order mattresses
  • Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Once your return/exchange request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable

In case of damaged or defective products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
